Yesterday...  
...was a liquids fast day.  Water and boullion [5 kcal/cup].  and some calcium supplement chews.  I feel much better after sleeping in.  i love sleeping, because i'm not eating or thinking about eating...... just losing weight.

i hope to lose my chunky tummy and back fat before the 8th.
